General Description （Purpose of the placement, Scope of program）: • Lead quote development activities in a cross－functional team during the new business pursuit phase. • Manage program financials through the product development/delivery/production phase. • Coach and train program team members in financial processes and tools. • Lead quote development activities in a cross－functional team during the new business pursuit phase. － Develop and optimize business cases. － Lead the quote team in clarifying and confirming commercial assumptions, terms and conditions that impact program financials. － Confirm program financials at a quote price that Sales Team proposes. － Suggest profitability and/or competitiveness improvement plans to the quote team. － Develop program financial summaries for a review meeting and present them out at the meeting. • Manage program financials through the product development/delivery/production phase （Scrutinize the financial input from Program Manager and run program financials with the corporate financial tool.） － Support the program team in 1） developing and optimizing business cases, 2） developing budget plans, 3） developing a project fund/budget appropriation request, and 4） improving program profitability. － Develop program financial summaries for program reviews and present them at the reviews. － Ensure that the program team follows internal financial guidelines, processes, and rules. • Coach and train program team members in financial processes and tools. |

【必須（MUST）】 • Analytical skills of financial documents.• Good understanding of automotive “Project/Program Management” process and methodologies. • Assertiveness, durability and task ownership to get things done. • Self－starter （who does not always require directions from supervisors）. • Good managing skills, organizational skills, and planning skills. • High communication and negotiation skills in English. • Extensive experience in business planning, commercial transactions, finance, pricing, and/or sales. • Good understanding of automotive product development process （including program timing plan development, change management, etc.）. • Keen business insights – Capability to come up with alternative solutions by looking at things from different angles. • Professional mindset to improve product knowledge and own capabilities. • Flexibility to respond to complex requests. • High sensitivity to commercial terms and transactions. • Teamwork skills and leadership to drive a team to achieve higher targets. 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Program Manager, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and/or Business Planning experience in automotive component supplier（s）.• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, and/or Business Administration. • Knowledge about electronics parts （especially Instrument Cluster, Connectivity Module, Display Assembly, Electronics Control Unit, etc.）. • Knowledge about automotive manufacturers, especially Indian OEMs. • Experience in handling multiple products and multiple customers. • Experience in initiating a cross－functional project team and resolving complex issues （related to product development and/or commercial transactions）. • Program management capabilities （skills to proactively control and manage changes according to company guidelines and processes） • Good understanding of APQP • One year or longer working experience abroad. • Considerate team worker and good communicator in culturally diverse working environment. • Good performer even in a group of people from different functional activities and at different levels of organization. • Flexibility to support people in different time zones. ●Language: Good command of both English and Japanese ●PC skills: Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook |
