| 仕事内容 |
・Supervise and monitor the entire accounting process including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivables, inventory ,fixed assets and cash management. ・Ensure the compliance with local accounting standards, taxation regulations, IFRS and Group reporting principles. ・Create monthly, quarterly and year end reporting packages including analysis and explanation of major deviations versus plan and previous year. ・Lead preparation of statutory year end closing and yearly tax packages Cooperates with external auditors and consultants. ・Responsible for the budgeting and rolling forecast process. ・Responsible for investment appraisal and cost accounting. ・ Responsible for any ad－hoc analysis supporting the management and the other departments. ・ Work closely with the related team to maximize the Company's financial returns and provide feedback to the management for decision making. |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 •At least Bachelor Degree on University level in Business Administration/Finance• Excellent knowledge in the local accounting standards as well as in the legal and tax compliance requirements • Good knowledge in IFRS • At least five years’ experience in a leading position in Finance ＆ Accounting, in a broad role, ideally in an industrial environment with international orientation •Good communication and interpersonal skill to operate effectively at all levels of the organization •Very good English both spoken and written • Excellent Excel skills •HFM （Hyperion Financial Management） and SAP knowledge is an advantage ・コロナ禍でも業績がほとんど落ちず経営が安定しています。 ・製造業ですが、輸入した部品を国内で組み立てていますので原価計算に関しては深い経験は求めません。 ・経理・財務部門は4名の体制です。 ・日本法人の社員数：150名未満、全世界の社員：約3800名、全世界の現地法人：38社 ・日本法人は、世界の現地法人の中で高い売上シェアを占めておりグループ内で重要な拠点です。 |
