仕事内容 Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Provide support and act as a value adding consultant, partnering closely with business side to help drive business goals from HR point of view. To strategically deliver HR objectives and goals to drive company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

-Understand their business needs and translate business priorities into HR initiatives
-Act as a consultant on all HR-related topics to managers and employees of the support area, e.g. HC planning, team structure, performance management, etc.
-Manage Headcount on annual personnel budgeting process and rolling forecasts
-Facilitate annual salary round and promotions/ salary adjustment process for defined areas in accordance with the company policies and process
-Take part in the implementation of Personnel & Management Development tools and concepts (such as the MyBest, TLU and ----Succession Planning initiatives) collaborating with HR Talent team
-Provide insights on rewarding system, including external competitiveness, sales commission effectiveness, etc.
-Ensure that HR standards, procedures and policies are fully implemented, understood and complied within the support areas
-Steer / support performance management including low performance management and disciplinary measures in alignment with employee’s manager
-Steer/Support the business on employee engagement-related topics (team meetings, engagement workshops, team buildings etc.)
-Closely working with Line Manager, support, manage and deliver organizational changes needed
-Manage employee redundancies when needed providing HR expertise from labor law and company policies
-Ensure complete and accurate filing in accordance with Internal Audit requirements
-Prepare and maintain HR reports and database management on regular basis
-Contributing as one of the key drivers for ad hoc projects and initiatives
-Support Line Manager and contribute in ensuring Business Partner team operates as one team
-Contributing as leader or one of the key drivers for ad hoc projects and initiatives
-Supervise and/or deliver day-to-day HR operation and administration activities including but not limited to the whole employee lifecycle management (hiring, probation, exit etc.)

Labor Law knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MS-office,
SAP experience is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in HR or personnel management
4-6 years’ experience in relevant HR fields preferably in multinational organization
Business level English
Fluent or at least intermediate level in Japanese preferred
Passion for sports
