To provide project management support for global accounts based out of Japan and ensure the smooth operations of new acquisition projects. As part of a key account team, he/she has to ensure effective policies, procedures and contacts are defined, engaged and documented to support the OEM customers. More importantly, he/she acts as a subject matter expert and resource on all operational processes, concerns and questions. In the course of work, he/she liaises globally with APJC, US and EMEA teams to ensure consistent messaging and capabilities across all regions.

What you’ll achieve
As a Project Management Senior Advisor, you will oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate achievements to key partners, working with mid to large sized projects and recommending techniques and practices that ensure business goals.
Define, document and implement operational support programs to assure efficient and effective operations of global accounts.
Identify and drive Sales and Business Operations end－to－end process set－up, documentation and engagement models to support the global accounts.
Drive and facilitate training for sales and cross－functional sales support teams to assure consistent, clear messaging and availability of training materials and resources
Drive customer solution transitions from Company's APJ assuring same quality, product and solution in company's APJC factory
Identify key leaders and contacts in cross－functional sales support areas （business operations, factory, trade compliance, procurement, supply demand, etc.）, liaise with these contacts by evangelizing and educating them on OSG and OEM requirements. Gain ”go－to” contacts in each organization and define engagement strategies
Drive and participate with global ＆ regional counterparts to assure global capabilities and customer offerings
Manage and operate global tools to facilitate sales activities.
Facilitate regular internal/external meeting for operational management
【必須（MUST）】• 8－10 years of relevant work experience.（3 to 5 years of experience in project management or related field for junior position）
• At least 4 years of strong program / project management experience
• At least 4 years in a enterprise technical support/helpdesk environment
• Fluent English and Japanese
• PMP Certification preferred
• Manufactory/Telco/Medical industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multi－tasking skills in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and develop partnerships outside of the organization
• Ability to identify improvements to existing workflows and results
