HR strategy • Contribute to the country HR roadmap actions to support the country business objectives / functions objectives in the new autonomous set up • Develop a strong collaborative relationship with the leaders, managers and employees • Partner with line managers across key HR outcomes: recruitment, development & training, Recognition, Performance assessment, change management, culture & employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and individual employee matters. People Attraction & Planning • Partner with Group Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate all recruitment / mobility processes and attract the right talents into the organization • Partner with local finance for close HC planning & monitoring • Partner with Reward & Performance CoE to implement international mobilities People Recognition • Partner with regional People Recognition Leads (and Group Reward & Performance teams when needed) to run compensation cycle and for gradings & pricings purposes in line with the validated governance People growth • Counsel managers on most efficient organization design, structure and allocation of resources to deliver business challenges • Manage organizational changes • Drive local talent management process, enabling leaders oto build a strong Talent Pipeline to support and enhance business goals oto grow talents through relevant development programs oto foster mobilities across functions & BUs, from & towards COMPANY • Drive local learning agenda for the country, leveraging Group leadership programs, ilearn resources as well as the capability building resources built by function excellence teams People services & experience (HR administration) • Partner with Business Services Employee Experience for day-to-day administrative procedures & Workday business processes. • Deliver day-to-day operational HR Excellence to the business • Advice and counsel all levels of management on employee relations to manage and resolve employee issues reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Acts as the single point of contact at national level to drive transversal topics & coordinate common processes at national level, across Commercial Operations, and Global Support functions in scope |

【必須(MUST)】 • HR experience or background is strongly required.• Business and results oriented • Demonstrate advisory capabilities, with ability to build relationships & influence. Experience in interacting to interact with Senior Leaders. • Ability to drive change and culture to fully meet consumer healthcare needs • Ability to understand and advise on HR processes, functional areas, policies, local HR practices, procedures and compliance efforts. • Cooperate Transversally - Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders and partners across the business and & HR matrix organization to positively impact business results. • Ability to work in English due to interactions with foreign managers and employees. • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employees management. |
