【Role ＆ Responsibilities】
Monitor the user support channels for questions and issues raised by the users of the product.
Diagnose and triage the user reported issues through self－learning and leveraging platform teams as appropriate.
Identify inefficiencies in our support processes, tooling, documentation and training; further work with platform teams to remediate the findings.
Track and analyze user trends to help the platform identify product features and make prioritization decisions.

【Work Location】 Either Tokyo or Kanagawa
（We may request its employee to work from home. Even while such work place is settled, the employee should be ready for working at the project work location as well as the company’s offices anytime.
【必須（MUST）】Minimum 1＋ years of experience supporting Restful APIs（ including the https methods and error codes）
Prior experience supporting applications built using Restful APIs,JSON, Golang
Skill in effectively and efficiently troubleshooting technical bugs in software and platforms.
Fluency in （or the ability to quickly learn） the following programming languages: Java and/or Golang.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent degree.
