DB&T SALES LEADER
• DB&T Sales leader will be the Head of the Sales and Business development function for the BU/ Region
• The DB&T Sales leader is expected partner with the BU/ Regional leadership on the Strategy & GTM plan for the region and execute to it.
• Building a high-performance sales team with grooming the next gen leaders, bring in the rigor and discipline in the sales process are essential expectations for this role
• The Specialist Sales / Service line Sales community will report into this role
• The DB&T Sales leader is also expected to work with the practices to build an effective operating model in order to ensure that the capabilities, competencies & offerings are aligned to the market needs
• The measurements for this role will be revenue and TCV and will be defined at the SBU / Region level
• The DB&T Sales leader will also be responsible for:
o Co-own the partner strategy for the region/ BU
o Co-own and execute to the advisor relationship plans
o Sponsor client executive relationships as needed

o Ensure discipline in SGA spending and cost containment

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

The successful incumbent will be a seasoned practitioner and a Sales leader with a proven track record of success as well as:

•At least 15 -20 years of Sales experience across Application Services – Custom and Enterprise, Data space, Cloud Services and a proven track record of success advising Fortune 500 global companies on emerging technologies, strategy and operational issues.
•Good knowledge of and Industry-recognition as a practitioner in AI, Analytics with domain experience with the range of issues impacting the Industry / Region; as well as relevant applications, tools, platforms, frameworks and technologies;
•Experience in helping clients find value through use of Technology applications and delivering business outcomes.
•Direct ownership and growth of a multi million plus P&L with @ 20% YoY growth is strongly preferred.
•Deep understanding of the role of digital in the Region / BU.
•Ability to establish relationships with senior client partners (CXO audience).
•Experience building strong growth focused teams
•Strong business acumen and in-depth experience managing high performance Sales teams
•Strategic thinking and ability to identify new opportunities to drive business growth
•Experience with pricing strategy and models
•MBA or master’s degree strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
•Demonstrated commitment to building a practice and proven success leading, growing and developing a successful professional services team.
•Proven ability to operate successfully in a collaborative, matrixed global organizational structure.
•Industry eminence and contributions to thought leadership, publications, white papers, etc.…

In addition, the successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, enterprising, collaborative and personable; Possessing gravitas, sound business acumen and strong leadership skills necessary to grow, support, and sustain the business for us.
