The main responsibilities of the Head of Marketing include amongst other things the following:
1 Understand Consumers, Markets and Brands performances with the objective to generate business insights and translate them into opportunities
－ Consumers profiling: Understanding of local target audience along with consumption behaviour, consumer touchpoints strategy recommendation, priority cities hotspots identification
－ Market ＆ Competition: data analysis, competitors strategies and actions plan assessment （incl. ATL, BTL and PR activities）, pricing strategies etc.
－ Brand Health: leverage brand health tracking model to be able to develop long term strategy for the brand
－ Business results tracking ＆ analysis: internal data performance analysis
2 Co－lead the Zone Business Plan and recommends ＆ pilots the Brand Activation Consumers Interaction plans along with innovation needs
－ － Zone Business Plan: in coordination with the Head of Sales and according to global Brand Strategies, co－lead the development of Zone Business Plan, recommend its Strategic directions for sustainable Business Growth.
－ Regional Marketing Brand plans: Develop ＆ lead the full marketing agenda for the company
－ Activations: Develop, recommend and implement a 360° touch－points strategy （BTL, ATL, in－store, IRL events, digital…） making Global Brand platforms relevant to local target consumers and targeted communities.
－ Digital: recommend, develop and implement a digital strategy leveraging on international content, developing local activations and create a day－to－day digital relationship with our consumers. Integrate e－com as a selling but also telling tool.
－ PR Management / KOLs Identification and Management
－ ROI evaluation: Set clear KPI’s ＆ build regular monitoring of brand activities
－ Lead Innovation Projects for the country （NPDs, renovations and Range extensions）: assess market needs, proactively demand for product needs （leveraging on international NPDs or requesting new ones） and recommend ＆ execute launch plans
3 Channel Activations:
－ Develop selling tools, toolkits, selling stories;
－ Develop guidelines and transversal standards for in－store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions;
－ Integrate promo strategy with brand activation strategy in channels;
－ Monitor promo activities efficiency by gathering both quantitative data as well as qualitative data, feedback from partners, customers, business development;
－ Build strong partnership with local partners （agency, distributor） to implement plans
4 Track ＆ Facilitate business results
－ A＆P/TS budget: responsibility and efficient management of A＆P, TS recommendation （lead and managed by BDMs） and A＆P tracking
－ Ensure the excellence in execution for POSM for all channels （training distributors/ agencies, recommend and check materials etc.）;
－ Business results tracking ＆ analysis: internal data performance analysis;
－ ROI evaluation: Build regular monitoring of brand activities on channel level.
5 Management of 2 staff
－ Recruit, animate and develop team spirit and team members
－ Enhance team to remain Open , informed and connected to local markets on any topics.
－ Enhance team in the mkg community building （Respect Process and Meeting, Respect decision making process

►Manage Distributor relationships along with President and Head of Sales, sales team, Quality and supply team, with a one voice spirit.
