The responsibilities will include the following: － Overall co－ordination and supervision of the process. － Evaluate progress and reporting to head office － Determine needed resources and negotiate with vendors |

【必須（MUST）】 The applicant will require the following:1. At least 10 years of experience in Project management. Hotel construction experience is preferred but not necessary. 2. Should have the ability to read and write in English at a minimum. 【歓迎（WANT）】 Business level EnglishAt this time it is not clear if the candidate needs to be permanently based in Hokkaido or can fly in and out of Hokkaido. There are several construction related roles open in relation to this role. Please enquire even if you are not at the 10 year minimum experience level. |
