The overall job responsibility will be to oversee the construction of the hotel in Hokkaido.
The responsibilities will include the following:
－ Overall co－ordination and supervision of the process.
－ Evaluate progress and reporting to head office
－ Determine needed resources and negotiate with vendors
【必須（MUST）】The applicant will require the following:
1. At least 10 years of experience in Project management. Hotel construction experience is preferred but not necessary.
2. Should have the ability to read and write in English at a minimum.
【歓迎（WANT）】Business level English
At this time it is not clear if the candidate needs to be permanently based in Hokkaido or can fly in and out of Hokkaido.
