Overall objective： Contribute to solving unmet medical needs through scientific exchanges with Medical Thought Leaders （MTLs） Engage in scientific communication with MTLs ・Select MTLs and leaders of the next generation who are influential in disease understanding, diagnosis and treatment ・Provide information to MTLs and collect the insights through scientific discussion Support for evidence generation ・Identify new research opportunities conforming to our publication strategies ・Provide appropriate information and scientific discussion to investigators or researchers Align with global scientific strategies and Japan team’s ones for each target disease area ・Create scientific story and medical messaging ・Support for development of medical plan and LCM plan Collaborate with R＆D team over cross－functional communication ・Support for planning/ management of clinical studies and PMS ・Provide scientific support and education to commercial division to ensure scientific integrity of contents ＜キャリアパス＞ ご入社後、MAへキャリアアップした方や、セールストレーナーやメディカルアドバイザーを兼任した方もいらっしゃいます。 ＜当該企業におけるMSLの魅力＞ ・学会への参加‥国内年5回、海外へも年1回程参加するチャンスがあります。 ・グローバルとしてダイナミックに活躍いただけます…グローバルタスクフォース、ワーキンググループに参加いただけます。 ・英語を使って、国際的に活躍‥MAチームはグローバルチームに所属しており、グローバル会議に参加します。各国のアフィリエイトとの交流もあり、日本を代表して英語で全世界的にプレゼンを担当することもあります。また国際学会にて日本のドクターをインバイトするタスクホースチームに入って頂く場合もあります。 |
