l Collaborate with FP＆A and other HR functions to ensure smooth operations of sales incentive and variable payment activities.

【必須（MUST）】EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese labor law, social security system and tax regulations.
4. Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs （Pension, Group Insurance, etc.）
5. English will be an added advantage.
