仕事内容 1. S＆OP process management
1） Lead and facilitate Sales forecasting and Demand planning process in UPJ for FG and OEM （if any）
－Conduct and lead monthly internal Sales Forecast Meeting, with the focus on improving sales forecast accuracy
2） Align local demand planning with regional S＆OP cycle for FG ＆ JR
• Submit the Sales Forecast to the regional Demand/Export team on time
• Submit and issue the PO for FG to the regional Demand/Export team on time
• Submit and issue the PO for JR to the regional JR team on time
3） Inventory Management
• Responsible for Inventory Planning to achieve the target Inventory Level and Accuracy of JR and FG at the various warehouse locations in the country.
4） Effective communication and colloboration with the regional Demand/Export team and the Mills
－ Review and achieve common KPIs for FG : Forecast Accuracy （FA）, Delivery Accuracy （DA/OTIF）, Supply Accuracy （SA）, and DOI
－Monitor production ＆ shipment accurately
－Hold regular meeting by biweekly basis with the regional SCM/ Demand ＆ Export team/mills to review and monitor progress shipments and discuss outstanding issues

2. 3PL logistic vendor management
1） Evaluate cost, service level, effectiveness of forwarder, trucking companies, warehouse
2） Evaluate current local distribution network Japan and propose/initate changes, with the aim to continue the reduction of the total Delivery Cost （Warehouse and transportation cost） by reviewing the number of stock points （warehouses） and the transportation routes and providers.
3） Lead the procurement/tender process on a regular basis （minimum annually） to select the right 3PL providers to support UPJ logistics requirements to minimize cost and optimize service level
4） Monitor the performance of the appointed 3PLs based on the agreed sets of KPIs.

3. Organization management and improvement
1） Internal process optimization （alignment with sales ＆ marketing, HR and Finance）
2） External and internal guidelines
3） Utilize support system to improve efficiency of business operations
－WMS （Warehouse Management Systems）
－SAP
4） Organization capability to improve C－SAT （customer, stake holder, sales team）

4. People management （Leadership）
1） Effective leadership of the SCM team in UPJ
2） Effective communication to ensure the implementation of directions
3） Clarify role and responsibility of SCM team
4） Train and educate staff including new comer
5） Grow talents （SCM Talent Management）
労働条件 ・雇用形態：正社員
・勤務時間・曜日：
9:00~17:30（実働7時間30分）
※10分単位時差通勤制度も利用できます。
・休日：年間休日120日以上。完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日
・休暇：夏季休暇 ※入社2年目以降、年末年始休暇（6日）、有給休暇、出産・育児休暇（取得実績あり）、子の看護休暇
