The Genomic Precision Diagnostics Business Development Manager will be accountable for achieving:
－ Engage with laboratory, medical and clinical personnel in the reproductive sector to promote and sell the products/services offered by the Company.
－ Frequently visit customers, other stakeholders, and third－party events to establish a relationship and support the education of users regarding our tests and services.
－ Gather informative data about customer and market trends, including competitive intelligence in the relevant market（s）.
－ Work closely with the Sales ＆ Marketing team to establish business models and strategies for various market segments and individual accounts.
－ Develop the organisation and management of our events, such as exhibitions, conferences, training courses, etc.

－ Medical or Science background.
－ Significant experience and knowledge of the Genomic Precision Diagnostics sector, particularly including interactions and relationships with laboratory and clinical teams.
－ Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
－ Good understanding of the operation of a commercial business.
－ Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
－ Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
－ High level of English.
－ Availability to travel.
