Position title: Senior Recruiter （Fixed Term Employee）

The company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruiter （Fixed Term Employee condition） to join the Global Strategic Hiring and Redeployment team. We are seeking exemplary recruiters with the aptitude to deliver against business requirements.
The Senior Recruiter will be working closely with the top leadership. We are looking for someone who will be hands－on, can manage senior stake holders, help drive employer branding and serve as the true talent consultant.
The three primary elements of the role are:
Responsible for senior stakeholder relationship management and satisfaction.
Responsible for market intelligence and market mapping within the scope of work.
Jointly responsible for innovation ＆ process excellence oversight with the team.
Searching for （using various market mapping, Internet sources and referral techniques） qualified candidates
Screening and presenting viable candidates based on detailed job descriptions and the fitment to the role
Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates
Understanding technology and the marketplace
Networking with candidates and hiring managers
Leverage innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and to build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business.
Determine the strategy, and then develop relationships with appropriate employment sources such as employment agencies, search firms, and trade associations
Management Consultancy and Internal Recruitment expertise are desirable （both as a customer and as a supplier will be an advantage）
8－15 Years in the recruitment Industry while taking care of leadership/sales hiring activities
Either Banking/Finance/Securities/Insurance/Manufacturing domain knowledge is welcomed.
A “consultative sales” mindset and approach, and collaborative in attitude
Strong Interpersonal Skills – proven record of building and maintaining relationships at senior （CXO and CXO－1） levels
Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, metrics－driven recruiting strategy
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to be a consultant to executives while rolling up sleeves to do detailed tasks
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is highly preferred
