Head of MCE digital marketing
Multi－Channel Engagement （MCE） digital marketing is an initiative that will provide better customer experiences and raise their engagement. A multichannel engagement team has been put together to build a high－performing MCE platform in each business: setting up new channels of engagement, providing standard tools, upgrading our data management and analytics capability, and ensuring the integration that enables customer－centric, closed loop marketing and medical activities.
• Lead strategizing Digital/MCE roadmap to build 1st in class MCE model in pharma across GBUs in Japan
• Innovate analytics to generate customer insights by using AI machine learning
• Bring in new ad technologies into the company and adapt pharma promotional campaign
• Define mission ＆ short to mid term MCE group goal, and competency ＆ capability to be successful in the team.
• Coach ＆ develop people to be MCE experts or to their next career aspiration.
• Personalize customer interactions and experiences by coordinating online/offline channels with relevant contents to improve customer experience,
• Lead overall change management in digital/MCE acceleration for the company while ensuring the alignment with the global strategy
• Undergraduate degree
• Proficient English communication skill is needed
• Strong knowledge of multi－channel engagement with deeper understanding of marketing and customer journeys
• 10＋ years of previous experience in a marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital－channel engagement platforms and tools, e.g., campaign management, service providers, etc.
• Strong experience in working in multi－cultural/global environments
