－ Provide leadership and management to sales team members, customers and distributors.
－ Overall responsible for Sales budget and target setting for all customers and distributors in Cluster, develop strategies and tactical plans to grow our business with existing and new customers in all segments to meet our financial targets.
－ Responsible to find new customers, new market segments and that our distribution channels are equipped with the right knowledge and tools to represent us in the market.
－ On a regular basis give feedback to Sr. management on product performance, product needs in market to ensure we stay ahead of our competition.
－ Ensure that business is conducted according to agreed contract, in a business ethical manner and to the business culture.
－ Responsible for customer relationship and continuously work to strengthen our position with customers to become a preferred partner.
－ Drive, coach and guide all sales people in cluster to ensure our Sales process and Atlas CRM tools are respected and followed through the entire sales process.
－ Leads Customer Common agenda and ensure that our Operations team get accurate monthly forecast, sales statistics and customer inventory information.
－ Support Customer service team and Technical service team to resolve technical issues and Claim and Complains
－ Owner of Sales budget, Target setting, Gross Margins and EBITDA meeting all expectations, ensure expenses meet budget and are managed in the cost efficient way
－ Responsible for developing Cluster ＆ Market strategies, tactical executional go to market plans, pricing strategies market data and competitive intelligence data
－ New business Development Experience
－ 3＋ years experience in the Printing and Packaging Industry
