We are looking for a dynamic and organized Senior Business Leader to lead and develop our business and operations in Japan, one of our newest marketplaces.
The business is an exciting, growing alternative delivery solutions for customers in Japan, offering convenience and choice for those customers for whom delivery to home may not be their preferred experience. Running a small, diverse business and operations team, the Senior Business Leader will create a vision and roadmap that aggressively drives a quality delivery service that customers love. Critical to the program’s success will be the creation of a network of our company Hub – Lockers, Counters, Locker＋ and Apartment Lockers, through which our customers will connect with their our company orders. The Senior Business Leader will directly lead business development activities, partnering with existing and new potential hosts and over time will build a small team of Business Development managers to accelerate expansion and product diversification. Managing the delivery performance and CX for all Access Points is key to success and customer retention and is done via the Technical and Carrier operations team members and Marketing lead.
This role is complex and we have partners that support our business from location provision to internet services and maintenance. Maximizing these partner relationships helps our business to grow, expanding our company delivery network and providing more convenience and selection to our customers.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Leader to hit our key deliverables on quality, customer adoption and financial viability, along with the build out of our networks. Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization, including technology, transportation, and customer service, to drive great customer experience for our program. Interacting with the senior leadership team from Logistics, Retail and DEX within our company will be commonplace. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast－paced, innovative climate. The role will require superior communication skills and expertise in internal team project management, and includes the management of a small team of business, operations and technical personnel. The right person will:
－ Drive the Access Points business to deliver the best in class experience, service and convenience
－ Innovate new solutions for our customers, deepening the conviction that pickup is a real alternative to home delivery
－ Manage the carrier and store networks performance making sure that delivery and concessions performance exceed targets
－ Help develop the location strategy that offers a compelling, convenient network for our customers
Candidates must demonstrate a track record for creative problem solving, strategic thinking, and success in all phases of business development including prospecting, acquisition, integration and retention of partners.

【必須（MUST）】· 5＋ years of relevant work experience in Business Development or Account Management
· 3＋ years of experience in driving strategic alliances and partnerships for business
· 5＋ years of experience in management or experience being a supervisor
· Bachelor's degree is required
· Must be fluent in both Japanese and English
【歓迎（WANT）】· Master’s degree/MBA in business or related field
· Experience in JP retail industry and/or supply chain for large multi－national
· Ability to multi－task and prioritize multiple work－streams
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Ability to establish credibility and work with business and technical owners
· 3＋ years of experience in stakeholder management with excellent verbal/written communication skills
