Shipping is an industry changing pick－up business, offering company logistics capabilities as a product and service to sellers. We are now building a team in Our Company Logistics JP to scale Our Company Shipping at pace.
We are looking to hire a natural leader to join the Shipping JP Senior Leadership Team, responsible for operational execution of our JP pick－up network.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a team and initiative that is at the very start of its journey. You will be part of the core leadership team that will lead expansion of the our company Pick－Up Network into a scaled, industry changing business.
The ideal candidate has a track record for thinking big and building programs and features from the ground up. This senior leader must be able to influence across the wider organization, be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker with a history of delivering results.
Based in Tokyo, the product leader will be responsible for driving the vision and strategy for the product and will have accountability for the business results and P＆L.

【必須（MUST）】· Bachelor's degree
· Record of improving customer experience AND business performance
· Experience in organizational planning and development
· Proven track record both of working closely with teams and also working in cross－company initiatives.
· Business level of English
【歓迎（WANT）】· Experience in Logistics business leadership
· Experience in program management or product management
· Business level of Japanese （speaking and writing skills）
· Strong business judgment and communication skills
· A creative and analytical mind that thrives in a data－driven environment
