仕事内容 【Roles and Job Descriptions for the Global HR Officer (GHRO) Position】
GHRO is fully responsible for the Human Resources functions for our company and its subsidiaries seeking to establish its corporate culture and bring the best of global HR practices revitalizing the company holdings built on the basis of solid understanding of business needs, to align requirements and priorities, and customize HR solutions and/ or HR deliverables in supporting the business in fulfilling growth aspirations, business, organizational and people results. The position is expected to drive a range of HR projects that will embed a solid change management process, in addition to driving strong employee engagement across the organization.

■Organizational Culture and Change Management
- Partnering with business leaders to establish, champion, communicate, inculcate, drive, promote and live
company’s culture, values & principles;
- Demonstrating knowledge in and ability to develop and deploy process, tools and techniques to manage the peopleside of transformation to improve performance and support organization goals and initiatives; and
- Working with and leveraging HR system, business processes, configuration, maintenance, integration, updates,
analysis and reporting to manage core HR activities and to provide HR analytics to the business

■Talent Acquisition, Management & Development
- Applying best global principles, laws and expertise associated with corporate culture, talent strategy, workforce
planning, talent acquisition, performance management, training, career management, succession planning and
retention;
- Providing advice and recommendations to business leaders on human capital issues as well as managing theentire
spectrum of the recruitment (talent acquisition) process including developing role/job descriptions and candidate
profiles, liaising with hiring managers and external parties e.g. recruitment vendors, assessment centers, etc. to
ensure timely selection and closure of all positions and facilitating new hires onboarding;
- Leading the forecasting of talent needs specifically for critical roles and generally for periodic workforce planning
and budgeting purposes; and
- Partnering with business leaders to increase focus on performance management and coach managers on
performance review, people review, talent identification, bench strength, development & succession planning, and
development of individual development plans

■Consultation / Business Partnering
- Applying area of HR expertise in the context of the business through dialogue, needs assessment, needs analysis,
solution recommendations and influence;
- Partnering with business and line leaders to anticipate business and people needs. This includes handling of HR
issues, application of HR policies and practices, providing effective HR advisory and solutions to achieve their
operational and strategic objectives;
- Leading the periodic workforce planning and contributing to the annual budgeting process planning, developing,
organizing, executing, and managing employee communications and employee opinion survey, independently and
jointly with business leaders to ensure maximum employee engagement

■Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
- Utilizing and managing principles and expertise associated with total rewards including the design, funding,
purchase, communication, implementation and management of compensation programs and employee benefit
programs including welfare benefits, retirement, insurance and leave administration; and
- Managing and leading the annual/semi-annual/quarterly (where applicable) performance review process, including
salary and bonus reviews, market surveys and administrating salary adjustments and bonus payouts

■Social and Labor Laws
- Demonstrating knowledge in and ability to execute the principles, laws and expertise associated with employee
advocacy and labor strategy, negotiations, and contract administration;
- Working closely with business leaders on all aspects of employee relations, discipline, employee grievances, etc.
and providing advice and support to employees on HR policies and procedures; and
- Responsible for statutory compliance throughout the employment life-cycle of all employees

・Excellent communication skill in both English and Japanese
・In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
・Experience in strategic HR planning
