Manage and lead DC Operations by implementing Excellence ・Achieve Business Plan of Gross Revenue, Gross Margin and EBITDA of Distribution Center ・Manage and lead multiple operations at The Distribution Center by: － Leading LEAN implementation to improve and optimize operation efficiency and reduce cost of operation. － Bringing advanced technology of Logistics operation － Supervising the operation sites to achieve KPI agreed with Customer and enhancing customer satisfaction. ・Has responsibility to be a key person to communicate Customer related Operation matter. ・Demonstrate ability and capability of people management. ・Setting up adequate infrastructure including warehousing and people and responsible for getting necessary approval ・Providing appropriate training opportunities of DC members ・Hiring excellent people in adequate position ・Generating and submitting monthly Invoice to Customer in time. ・Other duties assigned. |

【必須（MUST）】 Education and ExperienceAt least 10 years experiences of Warehouse Management position Good communication skill ・Minimum 10 years supervisory or managerial experience required. Languages and Communication Skills ・Must be able to read, write and speak both Japanese and English fluently. Computer Skills ・Computer literate ・Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web－based and related job specific software applications. |
