【必須(MUST)】 5+ years’ experience from marketing in JapanDemonstrated ability to run successful multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills – Can analyze data from multiple sources to identify customer behavior and actions needed to achieve goals Excellent project management skills Experience from working with loyalty programs in Japan Brilliant communicator – Native Level Japanese and business level English 【歓迎(WANT)】 Basic SQL proficiencyExperience working with external business partners from various industries Experience from managing loyalty programs in Japan Experience running quantitative and qualitative research projects Familiar with Design Thinking methodology |
