＊Mission: Establish and maintain pro－active communication with executives at Japanese OEM Motivate and develop customer’s recognition to expand sales among executives of OEM ＊Responsibilities: Support to expand business for Japanese automotive OEM with sales teams Support to make appoint of presentation for executive or senior management at Japanese automotive OEM of his/ her previous assignment Grasp and analyze the trend of product, engineering strategy of Japanese OEM Report and advice the customer’s trend and effective action to Sales Executive at Head Office ＊Report to: Direct report to Sales Executive at Head Office Cooperation with Branch Manager at Japan ＊Working Location: Tokyo, Tochigi, Aichi, or Hiroshima depend on candidate career or personal home address ＊Opportunity to promote EVP, Business Development as a full time employee if remarkable achievement is expected. |

【必須（MUST）】 Mandatory required experience and capability:＊Working experience at Japanese Automotive OEM at least 15 years ＊Professional work experience of Engineering, Product Development or Purchasing of automotive ＊Above General Manager or Executive position or equivalent position at Japanese Automotive OEM. ＊Great influence skills of interpersonal communication with executives at his/her former previous assignment of Japanese OEMs ＊Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration ＊Fluent business level English communication 【歓迎（WANT）】 Preferable experience:＊Executive position at Tier automotive supplier after retirement from Japanese OEM ＊Executive or management position of oversea assignment Preferable personal character and capabilities: ＊Broad point view for automotive engineering and product trend Preferable experience: Executive position at Tier automotive supplier after retirement from Japanese OEM Executive or management position of oversea assignment Preferable personal character and capabilities: Broad point view for automotive engineering and product trend Professional appearance and excellent presentation skills: ＊Practical and positive action by hands－on and self－starter attitude ＊Team player with all stakeholders such as his/her seniors and juniors and related functions ＊Understanding of business in multi－cultural organization |
