Looking for a bilingual Product Marketer in Japan that will translate global campaigns to Japanese, as well as develop and execute localized strategies. You will be the lead marketing manager for the Japanese market, tasked with raising awareness of products and benefits among individual Japanese clients. Your key success metric will be to increase the number of Monthly Active Users （defined as the number of clients who place at least one trade in a given month）.
You will report to the global Product Marketing Manager and will work with the Product Marketing team to develop our strategic positioning, create powerful messaging and lead execution of key product launches and marketing campaigns.
This role is cross－functional in nature and will require tight partnerships with Product, Growth Marketing, PR/Communications, Customer Success, Business Development and various other teams across the company.
Translate global campaigns into messaging relevant to the Japanese market
Develop and execute localized product marketing campaigns based on awareness of the market and our product offerings
Work with local crypto influencers to promote company
Work closely with the Japan team to support marketing
Work with the Product Marketing team to clear objectives and measuring success against well－defined metrics
Craft and deliver localised messaging and positioning to convey the value of products
Define the Japanese content strategy to ensure comprehensive and updated marketing and support integrated marketing campaigns
Drive Japan product launches, ensuring the playbook is executed and other GTM teams can implement their launch plans
Create and manage research projects to better understand current market trends, the broader competitive landscape and existing user needs
3＋ years of overall experience in product marketing function with proven success in executing effective product marketing
Native Level Japanese speaker with English fluency
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets and trends
Demonstrated success building company and product narratives that have resulted in category disruption and measurable impact
Strong creative eye and experience working with designers to translate a message into an impactful graphic or video
Experience working with design software like the Adobe Suite
Strong ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
Team player and strong collaborator who knows how to drive success working with diverse teams
Someone well versed in product marketing frameworks, but knows that instinct is what truly drives success
