Japan Sales Operations organization in Life Science Solution Group （LSG） provides essential mechanism for field sales to perform day－to－day activities, and seeks efficiency and effectiveness as a sales enablement.
The position is a key role to lead multiple projects in Sales Operations. As a strategic business partner, the position will closely work with a divisional commercial partner in Japan as well as global commercial/sales operations counterparts, and contributes to the sales performance improvement by providing insight through analysis and support for execution.
＊Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution of projects and programs to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across commercial organization.
＊Support driving operational optimization and change management in Sales Operations
＊The operational optimization includes; Rebuild/optimize sales administration team under Sales Operations organization
＊Establish end to end CRM support mechanism for LSG sales organization
＊Track improvement history and seek further optimization opportunities
＊Support cross divisional ad－hock projects and perform as SME
【必須（MUST）】＊5＋ years experiences in sales ＆ sales operation
＊Strong command in English and Japanese
