仕事内容 To support the alignment of the global Operational Vendor Compliance, we require a Vendor Compliance Manager to Lead the process and team in Japan.
The successful person will be responsible for the Operational compliance process, on-boarding and Management of the Operational Compliance KPI's to support a smooth process in to the Fulfillment Center for all product categories.
The Vendor Compliance Manager will connect and collaborate with the Operational and Merchandising managers.
The successful, candidate will also work closely with the global VC managers for both the EU and QxH markets ensuring that all vendor manuals, on-boarding, Vendor education and Vendor management is aligned globally.

To develop strategies that will drive vendor partnership & performance across the business.
To partner with the Merchandising & Operations teams to create / develop clear operating compliance standards as required to drive operational performance and vendor performance
To ensure the vendor base is engaged with and supported to have full understanding of operational compliance standards for each site.
To partner with the Global QA&SC Standards team to identify, implement and comply with the optimal quality standards.
To ensure vendor performance is managed and developed to meet agreed compliance standards.
To develop and implement an aligned and transparent Vendor Charge Back policy and process to be used to drive operational compliance performance.
Partner with US, China and EU Vendor Compliance Leadership team to develop aligned global strategies to drive global vendor compliance.
Developing vendor performance KPI’s and provide vendor development plan metrics
Operational Compliance

Provide a central point of contact for JP vendor base where all enquiries regarding compliance can be resolved.
Develop aligned operational compliance standards (partnering with DC’s and Merchandising leaders) designed to support the Supply Chain, inbound flow / storage of product, product availability (ATS) and predictability and efficiency to support cost controls.
Develop effective methods of communication and education to ensure that our vendor base is fully aware their accountability for when partnering with Qurate, to develop effective on-boarding training program to effectively deliver vendor compliance education.
Responsible for ensuring adherence and alignment of the Vendor Compliance Policy for all operations centers, To ensure that we have a clear vendor chargeback policy for all Non-compliance infractions.
Through a Vendor Outreach program ensure constructive vendor relationships are created through one on one sessions for both new and established vendors to meet Operational Compliance standards setting clear action plans for Operational compliance improvements.
To continually review the effectiveness of the Vendor on-boarding program to look at opportunities for continuous improved to drive vendor engagement and education to meet our compliance and standards
Develop Vendor KPI’s and data sources for all Operation / Supply Chain Requirements and target all poorly performing vendors identified and take remedial steps to resolve problems.
To ensure all rework is completed within the agreed timescales (utilizing in house or 3rd party providers) to achieve agreed ATS and costs.
Develop a comprehensive and aligned JP vendor chargeback policy, collaborating with the global Vendor Compliance Leadership to drive alignment and management of local and global brands.
To partner with the Operational and Merchandising leaders on continuous improvements to support business growth and customer experience
Leadership & Development

To communicate performance goals and standards so the Vendor Compliance teams are aware of expectations and how they are linked to Qurate Purpose and principles. To have clearly defined goals to improve commitment both outside and within the Company
To create an environment where staff innovation/involvement is encouraged in line with our corporate Principles. To drive continuous improvements ( LEAN ). To collaborate with the Global Vendor compliance team and operations on Continuous improvement to drive Operational Compliance levels in to the FC’s to support efficiency, Customer service and costs.
Responsible for leading the team to achieve the JP vendor compliance strategy and direction. To develop a dynamic team that is fully accountable and skilled to deliver on Operational Compliance Management with our vendor base.

労働条件 Other Information (Terms & Conditions apply):

Employment Type: Full-time Regular Employee
(Probation period- 6 months, no change in working conditions during this period)

Compensation: 7 million JPY to 9 million JPY
<Determined according to our regulations, taking into consideration experience, ability, current salary, etc.>

Incentive bonus (paid once a year depending on business & individual performance), Merit increase (depending on business & individual performance), Overtime allowance as per the company regulations, Commutation allowance.

Working Conditions: Flextime System (Staring time 5am~closing time 10pm), No core hours.
The prescribed working hours for one (1) month shall be as follows: Scheduled working hours per month: Working days of the month x 8 hours
Work from home policy

Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National holidays and company-designated holidays, Annual paid leave (15 paid leaves in the first year of joining), Birthday leave, Condolence leave

応募資格

【必須(MUST)】

- At least 3+ years management experience in Supply Chain or Fulfilment center Operations
- Experience with warehouse and operational processes and procedures
- Proven ability to effectively motivate, develop, and manage others
- Experience in delivering KPI’s to achieve costs, service and high levels of customer experience
- Customer service obsession to drive both internal and external customer service levels
- Proficient in oral and written English and Japanese communication
- Ability and commitment to drive continuous improvements
