We are looking for a Project Manager to help realize and drive our firm's growing Enterprise Information Management (EIM) professional services business. In this role the candidate will assist organizations in maximizing their investment in the firm's solutions. The candidate will be liaising with customers to gain a real understanding of their business needs and drivers. Excellent communications skills to help build effective relationships with customers and partners alike are essential. The candidate will be pro-active, technically aware and professional. The candidate must be a professional who has an interest in how business processes work and interact with technology in order to deliver world-class Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions that enable clients to become highly effective businesses. The candidate will manage key client projects as a project manager. The responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Primary Duties 1You are acting together with our customers and technical experts. You´ll be analyzing business processes and define optimization potential. 2Support of Presales activities. 3Understands the technology needed to be applied to offer the most effective solutions offered by the firm such as capabilities, strengths, weaknesses and competition. 4Can explain technical solutions. 5Leads and motivates other members of the project team to contribute to overall team success and develops strong working relationships with key users. 6Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects 7Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget 7.1 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility 8Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress 9Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques 10Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques 11Perform risk management to minimize project risks 12Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors 13Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation 14Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project 15Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals 16Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis 17Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members 18Use and continually develop leadership skills 18.1Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency 19Perform other related duties as assigned 20Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs |

【必須(MUST)】 Skills and Knowledge1Thorough knowledge of all areas of business operations combined with strong analytical skills. 2Experience in implementing and modifying applications and leading projects. 3Demonstrated project leadership skills such as providing feedback, team building, delegation, resource management, and planning and scheduling project work. 4At least 10 years’ experience with information technology. 5Proven working experience in project management 6Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 7Excellent written and verbal communication skills 8Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 9Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus 10You bring analytical and conceptual skills, planning and organizational skills as well as a cooperative and goal-oriented way of conducting work. 11Creativity in problem solving, solution- oriented work and high self-motivation are completing your profile. 12Working in a motivated team, flexibility and mobility are the basis of your successful work. 【歓迎(WANT)】 Academic•University degree. •Strong command of Japanese •English would be an advantage. Work Environment A willingness to travel is essential as much of the work is performed on customer sites. The firm provides an extensive training program for new employee. |
