1. Responsible for the next generation of high performance cable technology, lead the RD Team to provide the competitive cable interconnection solution for product. 2. Gain insights into our product requirements, challenges and trends of cable technologies, provide the technical planning and design for the next generation cable. 3. Deeply explore the underlying key materials and process technologies of cables, make a well cooperation with top partners, support the company in the research, development, and delivery of new high-performance cable technologies. 4. Take the lead in tackling high-performance cable application issues, and guide the team to quickly analyze, resolve, and effectively close issues. |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 1. More than 20 years working experience, focusing on the design of high-speed cable and interconnection solutions for communications, and troubleshooting the application issues.2. master the characteristics of various high-performance conductor materials, low-loss dielectric materials (such as FEP), and Mylar composite materials. Have a good relationship with TOP material research institutes, universities, and industry resources to design and deliver the best cable solutions. 3. Good understanding on automatic equipment and processing technologies such as extrusion and wrapping of cables. Be able to provide the cable design and processing solutions independently. 4. master the cable reliability simulation and SI simulation. Familiar with the application scenarios of cables and materials, understanding the main factors that affect the SI performance design, and rich experience in electrical performance test and analysis. 5. Good experience on designing high-performance cable and connection solutions independently, and publish at least two patents or one IEEE paper. 6. Familiar with various test standards and associations in the cable industry, and as an expert or chairperson in a relevant association or standard organization. |
