Your New Employer A world－leading financial services firm offering corporate, fund, capital market and private wealth services enabling clients to invest, grow and thrive all over the world. Your Position As Fund Services Manager you will provide end－to－end private capital fund services including fund administration, registrar and transfer agency services, performance fee calculations, fund accounting and audit assistance. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private equity/hedge funds and strengthening relationships with clients. Your Responsibilities Manage client's portfolio to provide hedge fund ＆ private equity fund administration including NAC calculation, capital calls and distributions Oversee cash management, monitoring cash transfers for investment needs, receipt of subscription proceeds and the payment of redemptions and fee charges Ensure delivery of high quality client service compliant with group policy Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft audit accounts and resolve audit issues Work closely with senior management to accelerate new business intake Your Profile Japanese and English needed to discuss with home office. At least 4－6 years experience in fund accounting and admin or corporate accounting funds field （e.g. Big 4, fund house, fund administration） Strong communication skills and client service skills |
