Summary: Daily JIT and daily DIM duties including middle office responsibilities Responsibilities: • As a JIT professional, below responsibilities are expected. • Portfolio Valuation • Accounting instruction （P/L, expense, etc.） • NAV verification • Official NAV calculation and release • Transfer agency （communication with distributors） • Fiscal year end audit • Distribution process • Trade booking • Corporate action • Dividend/Interest • Monitoring outsourcing agent • Ticket creation for FOF trade, FX trade • Middle office function （settlement fail, trade booking instruction, account opening） • As a DIM professional, below responsibilities are required. • Cash management for capital call/distribution • Ticket creation for FOF trade, FX trade • Middle office function （settlement fail, trade booking instruction, account opening） • Statutory reporting • ISAE3402/SSAE18 |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 Qualifications:• Experience in Asset management industry （over 3 years） • Experience handling foreign investment trust funds • Team player • Quick and accurate administrative processing capacity • Japanese: Advanced, English: Intermediate • Knowledge and experience corresponding to inquiries to special brands and complex transactions • Knowledge of the trends and regulations of the investment trust industry • T－STAR / TX |
