You will be responsible for Drafting, Review, Negotiation of various types on Contract to help support different functions of the business. Other responsibilities include being proactive at promoting business in expansion and support in various legal functions. You will be working with other areas of business to support on a legal level You will also work with regulatory bodies for compliance and legal. |

【必須（MUST）】 － 10 year min working in pharma or medical devices－ high understanding of Japanese and international medical/pharma legal process － ability to negotiate in English and Japanese － very hands on and able to work in a team － qualified lawyer in Japan or US － pref |
