＜コンサルタントの声＞ － 複数の業界で、高度な技術を用いた製品サービスを提供している企業です！ － 国内工場も保有するなど、日本マーケットへの発展には特に注力しています。今後も安定した事業体制が見込めますので、長期に働きたい方は必見です！ － A/Fチームには10名のスタッフがおり、レポート先はFinanceのNo.2 （日本の方）となります。 － 25年以上も同社勤務の方ですので、充実したサポートが期待できます！ － スタッフ6名をマネジメント頂き、こちらも平均して10年ほど同社に勤務されている方々となります。 － CFOも外国の方となりますので、国際的な環境で働きたい方には絶好の機会です！ ＜仕事内容詳細＞ － Monthly, quarterly and year－end process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cash flow analysis, fixed assets management, etc. － Ensure that accounting entries and accruals are made properly. － Proactively support in managing/overseeing accounting cycle （monthly closing, yearly book and tax audit） － Coordinate and complete annual audit in collaboration with leadership team － Comply with tax filing requirement by studying regulations, calculate and prepare estimated income and consumption tax payments, and complete required tax reporting in a timely manner － Create good and supportive work atmosphere for development of accounting team with senior management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － 5 － 10 years experience in general accounting position, preferably at multinational company－ Comprehensive understanding and background （IFRS, JGAAP） － Language: English Proficiency: Business level of listening, writing, reading and verbal － Strong Communication Skills, self－starter, ability to make financial matters easy to understand for operational 【歓迎（WANT）】 － SAP experience is preferable.－ Finance planning and Analysis Experience is preferable, but not mandatory |
