As a Partner Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will own end－to－end projects with potential business partners from sourcing deals to executing campaigns that increase overall market awareness of the brand, drive subscription growth, and grow consumer engagement. A successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically － from pitching deals to partners, to the creation and execution of plans, and analysis of business impact. He or she will be a self－starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast－paced and ever－changing environment, and able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a passionate business leader with a combination of marketing and business development/partner managenent experience who has a track record of achieving great results through partnerships and product launches. This person needs to be passionate about measuring results and ROI and not driving short term results at the expense of long term gain. He or she will be known for trying new things and identifying areas of scale. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to be creative, to initiate and launch effective partnerships, thrive in a fast－paced and international environment, and support aggressive timelines. Above all, this person must have a passion for understanding what drives consumer behaviour, partnerhips success and the experience to turn those learnings into action.

Negotiate and launch partnerships with relevant players in Japan, working closely with the product and tech teams
Support global partnership through local partner marketing
Plan, coordinate, execute, and measure effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns and promotions through partners and company owned ＆ operated channels, social, and mass media.
Own multiple team KPIs for brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement, developing tactics to measure and drive results over short－ and long－term
Collaborate closely with Global Business Development, product and other business teams to manage simultaneous time－sensitive global projects that support acquisition growth, customer engagement, and market awareness
Secure and maintain partner marketing placements, including driving the development and approval of all creative assets and ensuring assets tool kits are up to date
Conceptualize, manage and optimize music content and editorial campaigns with partners
Analyze results of testing, communicate learnings upwards and internationally, and use the data to drive future tests
Develop insight－driven, partnerfacing documentation that highlight the mutual benefits of partnering with us
Document results and share best－practices across Digital Music’s worldwide organization
【必須（MUST）】7＋ years of experience in B2C/B2B Marketing or Partner Marketing
5＋ years experience in Business development and/or Partner Management
Superior ability to present to executives and influence cross－functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English（Japanese: Native level, English :Business level）
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel. Comfortable with a varied set of software and editing tools
Demonstrated success in delivering results in a fast－paced, rapid－growth environment · Strong analytic and quantitative skills － ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
Highly organized and detail－oriented

Prior Sales or Business Development experience
Familiarity with SQL and data extraction
High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Experience managing large－scale marketing programs and writing customer－facing content
Experience working in the music industry including a knowledge of current trends and history in music, the music industry, and digital music
