JOB DESCRIPTION: ■Support Supervisor to manage the preparation of Plan, Update, and LBE’s for our company Diagnostics Division Commercial Operations, including sales, income statement, balance sheet and other financial measurements as necessary. ■Communicate Plan, Update, and LBE’s to operational management and discuss necessary actions to achieve. ■Financial planning and analysis for our company Medical Products Group, including some aspect of sales, income statement, balance sheet and other financial measurements as necessary. ■Work closely with our company operations groups, such as sales, marketing, customer service, distribution, to understand the strategies, tactics and processes and their impact on key financial indicators. ■Participate in projects that have a material financial impact on our company business. ■Additional Ad Hoc analysis as necessary |

【必須（MUST）】 REQUIREMENTSBUSINESS EXPERIENCE 3+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience, preferably for a multinational company. Experience in multinational healthcare industry preferred. EDUCATION/TRAINING Bilingual in Japanese and English (speaking/reading/writing) Strong in Excel, macro experience preferred Japan or US CPA preferred |
