仕事内容 Key Responsibilities include:

Support the creation of new positioning and brand architecture for Music
Prepare customer facing messaging to marketing channel owners
Manage relationship with marketing agencies and develop and execute large scale marketing campaigns
Build messaging frameworks for Music as well as key product tiers (Prime Music and Music Unlimited), plans (Echo, Individual, Family plan), new features and benefits, and new launches
Create messaging strategy for key target segments
Lead the development of brand voice and personality, partnering with UX team
Understand local needs and adaptations to messaging required for Japan
Serve as business owner for all brand research and tracking studies partnering with Market Research and UX
Drive brand consistency across marketing assets worldwide including with partner teams
Measure KPIs to increase familiarity for the Music brand; create right leading indicators to achieve the above in collaboration with Partner teams
Regularly audit competitive strategic analysis, customer/target audience segmentation, and consumer insight development
応募資格

【歓迎(WANT)】

Strong track record in brand marketing and brand management
Excellent expertise in media and promotion planning and management
Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others (in Japanese and English)
Experience in creative development and execution
Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs
Track record of performance excellence
Experience of working with advertising and marketing agencies
Bachelor's degree
5+ years marketing management experience building brands
5+ years working in a marketing data-driven environment
5+ years of experience in acquisition, membership, and/or loyalty marketing experience.
Growing a membership business in multiple channels.

MBA and 10+ years of marketing management experience
Experience working in a global environment
Life stage and segment marketing
Ability to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to deal with ambiguity with strong bias for action
Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution
Expects and develops innovation of her/his team
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
Ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, Program Management and Senior Leadership
