Lead Japan electronics purchasing team to achieve best－in－industry costs, including collaborate with commodity buyers, set new ＆ existing vehicle model cost targets and budgets for electronics purchasing. Deliver and exceed cost reduction targets through benchmark, supplier network optimization, global sourcing, identification of new suppliers ＆ competitive RFPs, supplier negotiation and supplier relationship management for both new ＆ existing vehicle models. Work closely with Business Unit R＆D, manufacturing and other business teams as one team. Lead global team members to develop next leaders. Drive global management process to maximize team’s performance, enable global collaborative culture within the team. |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 10＋ years of direct material purchasing experience at a leading industrial companyGlobal experience and both English and Japanese communication skills （verbal ＆ written） Strong leadership, team work, and coaching skills In－depth knowledge of electronic components, strategic sourcing processes, strong negotiating skills, demonstrated experience with leveraged agreements, multi－year contracts, eSourcing and should－cost models 【歓迎（WANT）】 Ideally:Automotive industry / major consulting firms experience MBA holder Engineering and technology academic/professional background |
