• This client is launching a new CRM loyalty program, called LINE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. Customers will be able to register to the CRM loyalty program through the popular SNS application LINE, to review their historical purchase history, to receive brand communication and marketing campaigns • There is a supporting vendor that will customize a Line Chat Bot solution to fit the desired CRM solution • APAC CRM data is hosted in a server in Hong Kong and is managed by the APAC IT team based in Hong Kong • We are seeking an IT Project Manager, based in Japan, to liaise with the Japan LINE vendor and with the APAC IT team and support integration of Line vendor data flows with CRM systems. The IT Project Manager will report to the Director of Digital Technology based in Hong Kong • Line membership program solution expected to go live April 1st 2021 |

Knowledge of HTML 5/Restful API • Basic network/PaaS setup knowledge • CRM project experience will be plus • Previous LINE related project experience will be a plus • Experience using Azure and knowledge about Azure tools/functionality/setup will be a plus |
