Central Cost Controller has to bring all central costs and all SGA costs at large under control, with a high level of transparency, and then to coordinate actions to optimize these costs.
・Clarify perimeters and responsibilities on all SGA and Central costs
・Define the rules for all intragroup actual and virtual charges, in compliance with tax rules.
・Design KPIs and benchmarks to monitor the performance of the SGA costs in the organisation
・Develop a process and relevant system tools to organise the tracking of the costs, budget control, performance KPIs and benchmarks.
・Design a lean and effective solution to eliminate intra group charges of SGA and Central Costs, and yet maintain full visibility on source of costs and on customer view
・Prepare planning and forecast for SGA and Central costs
・Coordinate the generation of appropriate reports at entity level and at group level for SGA and Central costs
・Develop a controlling activity and governance for this perimeter of costs, at entity level and at group level.
・Organise to recruit the appropriate controlling teams for this activity, both centrally for consolidated views and at entity levels.
・Has very good cost accounting knowledge and experience
・Has a good understanding of Transfer Pricing rules, as well as With Holding Tax rules
・Generates ideas proactively to structure the identification and control of the costs

・Ability to develop global process solutions and roll them out
・Has experience in developing system tools and their roll out
・Has the ability to lead meetings and communicate with sensitivity to cultural differences.
・Exhibits strong organizational skills. Plans work and time effectively, meets deadlines and develops a good filing system with documents readily available.
・Has a thorough understanding of negotiating techniques and can utilize them to resolve issues.
・Establishes clear goals for self, promotes a team culture of accountability and supports team performance improvement.
・A Bachelor Degree in Finance and/or Accounting with multi－functional experience is preferred. An advanced Degree （MBA） is desirable.
Experience and Knowledge
・This position requires an excellent ability to work in a very complex global cost environment, and a very structured mind to fit this complexity into transparent and clear frameworks.
・Has experience working in a matrix organization.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 （Excel, PowerPoint, Word）
