[What is the Experience Center?]
Our Experience Center (”EC”) is an ecosystem of talent, environment, and solutions, combining the best of agency and consultancy to help clients create next-generation experiences for our customers, employees and partners. The EC serves as a center of excellence, innovation hub and sandbox for clients to work with our experience designers and strategists to generate bold new visions, explore new value propositions, develop prototypes and design new digital assets that will elevate experiences for their customers, employees and partners.

[Roles and responsibilities]
The role and the responsibility of the experience strategy senior associate is to support the development and delivery of international or English-speaking opportunities for our Tokyo Experience Center (EC). This individual will work closely with the Managing Director and EC team to identify, coordinate, develop, and deliver experience strategy and design opportunities for clients across industries such as healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, technology, banking and others. Client engagements are often complex and gain clarity by leveraging experience design tools such as user research, journey mapping, design thinking, service design, rapid iteration, agile and collaborative design - we clarify the best way forward with our clients. The individual for this role should demonstrate a passion for continuous learning, be comfortable working in a creative and often ambiguous environment and have an entrepreneurial spirit to work independently.

[Client and work]
The Experience Center has a broad and global client base that includes multi-national companies and organizations operating in Japan and across geographies the world over. The industries and sectors we work with are also diverse, ranging from healthcare and pharma, retail and consumer, financial services and technology to government organizations and manufacturing to name a few. Clients engagements range from smaller, surgical-type advisories or design sessions to larger and longer multi-year transformations. Our core service portfolio includes:
 ・Experience Strategy: Customer experience research, personas, journey maps, experience strategy, usability testing
 ・Experience Design + Prototyping: Visual + experience design, concept prototyping, experience visioning
 ・Collaborative Design: workshop design + facilitation, ideation + visualization, co-creation + planning
労働条件 給与
 経験、能力を考慮の上、当社の報酬規定による(月給制)
 業績賞与:年1回(業績・貢献度に応じて支給)、昇給:年1回

【Mandatory Requirements】
⮚ Global mindset and business-level English language ability, both written and verbal
⮚ Logical thinker with creative problem solving skills
⮚ Strong communications and an ability to clearly, simply and logically communicate (written and verbally)
complex strategy or design concepts in an easy to understand manner to clients and colleagues
⮚ Comfortable working under the tight deadlines of a deal/project environment
⮚ Prior project experience or education working with design thinking, agile, or iterative design / development
⮚ Comfortable working a fluid, creative and often ambiguous environment
⮚ Work effectively within cross-functional and cross-border (global) teams, bringing your experience
strategy expertise to variety of changing and business challenges

【“Nice to Have” Skills and Experience】
⮚ Japanese language skills and working knowledge of Japanese market
⮚ Workshop facilitation experience on topics such as design thinking, service design or user-centric topics
⮚ Entrepreneurial spirit to work confidently independently and efficiently
⮚ Relevant recent education / executive education from an international university or organization outside of Japan
⮚ Previous consulting or agency experience in areas such as customer / employee experience,
digital transformation, organizational design would be advantageous
