【Key objectives of the role 】
In charge of men’s marketing and communication development for our group’s new men’s project which is target to be launched in China （EC channel） and TR channel in the future. To define and implement a communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy and the local business strategy for the brand. During the development phase, this person will be located in HQ, Tokyo, Shiodome, and will be re－located in China office （Shanghai） to launch the project locally.
【Main areas of responsibility】
Phase1: Brand Development: Create marketing and communication material of new men’s brands （Digital Communication Assets）
Phase 2: Execution of launch communication using online channel such as REDBOOK, WEIBO, WE CHAT, TIKTOK, DOKU, T MALL etc to increase awareness and sales of the new men’s brand.
Phase 3: After launching brand in China, this person will lead online communication and offline event in China focusing on tier 1 cities
・Plan and operate communication strategy, including event and pop up stores
・Create Digital Communication Asset Development which will be followed by execution in local roll out.
・Launch ＆ Marketing plan development for local execution
・Decode consumer insights and anticipate communication trends （Digital） to develop break through communication materials and method
・Collect, compare and synthesize digital market data （T－mall and others） and propose action based on findings.
・Share the new findings with team about new trend in communication
・Analyze EC market trend in China and share with team to reflect in new product/ campaign development
・Write the implementation kit, create marketing mix, for product launches ＆ communications
・Lead development of creative material in line with the brand’s integrated－communication platform
・Communicate fluidly with all departments in product development process
・Review local launch of the brand and propose new actions plan to follow
・Set up proper KPI and measure regularly to further develop the brand
・Effectively prepare clear messages for the hierarchy to present to top management
・Manage communicate budget
・Maintain and protect the brand's reputation, anticipate and manage crisis
【必須（MUST）】・In depth sensitivity to the matier: creativity, esthetical sense, passions, details oriented, rigorous mastery of digital communication and EC field in China
・More than 10 years of work experience of which minimum 5 years in digital communication and/or EC
・Digital Savvy and understanding of digital generation
・English business fluency / Chinese professional fluency （both verbal and written）
・Understanding of Chinese EC Market ＆ Digital communication
・E－commerce or Digital communication experience
【歓迎（WANT）】・Mobility （1 year in Tokyo, then move to Shanghai after launch of the brand）
・Team player and good communication skill
・Experience in creative material development is plus
