外資系医療機器メーカー 日本法人も設立50年以上 本事業部は立ち上げ間もないですが、
Lead new product projects, including business cases assessment, R＆D processes support, brand strategy development, promotional program execution.
Improve / develop marketing skills as a team through both strategic projects and tactical tasks.
Collaborate with relevant internal functions and external partner to execute critical cross－functional projects, including new product development, product quality/supply issues, etc.
Contribute to build team culture on trust and respect for each other.
Lead new product assessments, launch preparation including R＆D process supports, with establishing and tracking key milestones
Drive business to achieve annual sales ＆ profit targets
Develop annual brand strategy ＆ promotional plan, forecast expected sales ＆ profits, manage budget and execute marketing programs
Support establishing sale organization and creating relationship with dealer
Proactively making effort to improve marketing skills
Develop and maintain team culture of mutual trust and collaboration
【必須（MUST）】Education and Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as Product Manager in Medical Device company
Experience with new product launch from R＆D stage of Class IV devices
Preferable education and experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Good knowledge of medical device related regulations and promotional practice

Passion for continuous self－development
Strong logical reasoning and analysis skills
Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Advanced Business－level English required, TOEIC score 800＋ preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
