■JOB DIMENSIONS ・Global Technical Account Team Leadership －Coordinate global technical support team activities and lead technical communication on key global projects ・Technical Relationship Management ・Account Strategy Development －Co－author account strategy for sustainable SMART growth ・Project Management ■ACTIVITIES ・Global Technical SPOC （Single Point Of Contact）: －Lead technical account team to identify customer needs and behaviours through Voice Of the Customer －Maintain global knowledge of customer products and applications ・Project Management: provide direction and structure to projects, challenge, lead and facilitate project teams ・Line Trial Support: provide technical expertise during adhesive pilot and commercial line trials as part of R＆D, adhesive qualifications or quality investigations ・Operations support: lead quality investigations, new product scale－ups and identify improvement opportunities ・Reporting: compile data in an organized manner and summarize results in a clear, concise and customer tailored report ・Training: develop and provide training modules both internally ＆ externally ・Global Communication: Strong global communication to both learn and share learnings to and from AT teams around the world, as well as help drive support needed for the customer ・Focus Group: lead global AT focus group（s） ・Account Strategy: work with Demand Generation to develop, cascade and execute strategic account plans ・Allied Supplier Network: manage relationship with strategic allied suppliers as defined by regional Market manager ・Lab Support: specific project needs will require working in the lab or on a pilot coater ・Systems and procedures: comply 100％ with EHS and Quality management system policies and requirements ・Safety: must maintain good laboratory housekeeping and safety practices |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Bachelor’s degree in polymer science, materials science or related field, Master’s degree preferred• Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical role in the Chemical industry or related industries • Minimum of 3 years experience in cross functional project management in the Chemical industry or related industries • Direct experience with customers and field situations • Must have strong English language skills （verbal and written） to be able to properly communicate with all global teams • Experience with new technology/product industrialization • Demonstrated leadership with excellent organization, time management and interpersonal skills • Experience with project management tools strongly preferred • Strong computer skills （Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, JMP） |
