概要
Lead the facility management team in establishing a strong capability which partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to create and evolve our work environment and culture.
役割 (Roles & responsibilities)
The facilities management (FM) lead will be responsible for end-to-end support of our facilities across Japan, inclusive of Tokyo headquarter offices and sales offices. Additionally, the lead will be responsible for general affairs, including facilities management
(both HQ and sales offices), company housing, fleet (car), and corresponding insurance needs. Unique to the company’s current plans requires this role to serve as a leader as we integrate our companies and corresponding offices.
The FM lead will be responsible for partnering and aligning with the following key stakeholders:
• FM lead will report into the Head of Finance but work very closely with human resources on employee considerations and
investments.
• Global Facilities management on strategy and alignment of global and local needs to enable the business.
• EHS on risk management and ensure our facilities environment meet all safety and recovery requirements locally and globally.
• 3rd party providers will be a key external stakeholder which will require a strong relationship to ensure we can maintain service level as well as build flexibility as needed into our agreements.
A few of the detailed responsibilities of this role and their team, include:
Operations (Facilities & Real Estate)
• Plan and execute FM activities of reception, mailing services, cleaning, office equipment management, refreshment services etc to ensure appropriate working environment of BMS offices collaborating with Procurement, HR and EHS
• Lead continues improvement for FM activities balancing cost saving and service level
• Lead cross-functional team global and local to review, negotiate, sign and renew the lease contract of HQ office and regional sales offices
• Develop a plan and lead integration efforts, including consolidating or relocating offices as needed
• Plan and execute the office layout plan
• Partner with Global Real Estate/Facilities management team
Risk Management & Insurance
• Support BCP, safety, and accidents from a facilities perspective
• Prepare and pre-practices for the BCPs collaborating with EHS and HR
• Work with global to support/manage contracts of insurance against loss or damage, insurance against fire, insurance against accidents etc. working with Headquarter
Company Housing & car
• Develop a strategy and manage Company housing and housing allowance through external vendors
• Interface with local regulatory agency officials.
• Develop strategy and manage company car through external vendors
• Partner with Global Fleet management team

Ÿ Senior Manager level

Ÿ Knowledge of facility management, lease contract and local regulation related to Facility Management.

Ÿ Manage the team and 3rd vendor.

Ÿ Unique to the company’s current plans requires this role to serve as a leader as we integrate our companies and corresponding offices.

Ÿ Develop a plan and lead integration efforts, including consolidating or relocating offices as needed.

Ÿ Experience of vendor management, project management, stakeholder management.

Ÿ Lead cross-functional team global and local to review, negotiate, sign and renew the lease contract of HQ office and regional sales offices.
