Management Reporting ＜Main Tasks＞ ・Consolidated reporting and support relevant functions. ・Communication with Regions/Global functions on timelines, milestones, and templates for Actuals ＆ Forecast Reporting ・Enhance and streamline existing reports for more insightful information and efficiency gain ・Tracking of Key Financial metrics such as WS Revenue, Net Revenue, Incentives （VME）, FMI and G＆A vs. budget ・Build and maintain complex financial modeling to facilitate analysis of existing and new business opportunities for the responsible region ・Identify key variances vs BP and FC. Work across markets and functions to pull together key financial data for management’s review and action. ・Serve as the central point of contact for ad－hoc brand reporting and analysis, supplementing standard monthly reporting with insight－focused financial analysis. ・Assist to prepare management decks for different management forums （such as PC/OR, MC, MTM, etc.） ・Support design and operation of financial controlling at the regions to ensure consistency globally ・Provide benchmark figures （actuals/forecasting） and cost information for BP ＆ MTP development and KPI reporting ・Maintain full responsibility on the financials related to the respective regions ＜Skills and Experience Required＞ ・At least 3＋ years FP＆A or similar experience with manufacturer or consulting company ・Working experience to manage projects, involving different teams and regions ・Proactive, detail－minded with strong analytical skills and business acumen for decision support and investment analysis ・Excellent problem－solving skills, with the ability to distill a complex problem down to simple issues and address them with independent fact－based analysis ・Proven capacity to drive tasks and resolve issues with minimal supervision ・English resume and interview required Experience of the car industry: Not required TOEIC: 730 or equivalent ・MBA and CPA preferred GHQ／Address：Yokohama （1－minute walk from Yokohama station） |
