Basic Purpose of the Job＊ － To develop monthly consensus sales forecast with assumptions and logical reasoning captured timely － To manage the end to end forecasting activities and processes for about 110 SKUs （20＋ product brands） － To develop the Net Requirement Plan （NRP） for distribution centres timely, including purchase order issuance and delivery management － To manage and maintain optimize inventory levels at distribution centres to reduce risks of excess and obsolete while maintaining high customer service level － To communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams on the demand plan to drive and support business results RESPONSIBILITIES － Develop monthly consensus sales forecast timely by collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Planning, Distribution Management and Finance － Create monthly 24 months rolling Net Requirement Plan （NRP） / replenishment for distribution centers － Maintain Proper finished goods inventory level in Business OPU / distribution centers － Support finished goods launches or end of life activities － maintaining or proposing of new and/or best practices or processes |

【必須（MUST）】 － Strong communication skills in facilitating meetings and communicating information－ Strong data analytical skills － Strong Microsoft Excel skills （Power Pivot / Advanced formulas） and Powerpoint － Experience in SAP ECC / SAP APO － Positive and keen to learn － business level English skills － experience in doing demand planning for products with expiration such as medicines, food, beverage, cosmetics, skin care, and chemicals 【歓迎（WANT）】 －Minimum 2 years’ experience in demand planning－Minimum 3 years’ experience in supply planning, inventory planning and/or logistics －Must possess at least 2 years of demand planning experience and 3－4 years of supply chain experience in supply, inventory or logistics distribution － Strong inter－personal skills and able to work cross－functionally Any of the following certifications would be preferred APICS – CPIM, CSCP, CLTD IBF – Cert. Professional Forecaster or Advanced Cert. Professional Forecaster Micro－Master Programs （Supply Chain Management） |
