This role is a key strategic and operational leadership role where the person will be responsible for the development, continuous improvement and delivery of customer service and the strategic development of the processes and technology of our client.
The Service Manager will be responsible for building, steering and/or following－up on regional service activities in order to ensure internal and external SLA's,, to address the customer's service requests, to achieve/maximize customer satisfaction and to achieve/maximize service revenue and profit.
