• Develop and implement product－specific external communications plans/campaigns aligned with brand strategies, while identifying communication opportunities and threats in the external environment and incorporate them appropriately.
• Act as and/or prepare internal/external spokespersons to deliver targeted messages to media and other stakeholders on selected topics.
• Identify and prioritize patient advocacy groups （PAG） for each therapeutic area, and develop and maintain relationships and partnerships, as appropriate, with selected PAGs.
Build and sustain relationships with business, consumer ＆ medical journalists
Establish right environment for PR・CSR work, aligned with compliance.
Work with BU PRA Lead to coordinate TA Environmental Shaping plan
【必須（MUST）】□ Minimum 3－year experience of communications or public relation （preferably in pharmaceutical industry）
□ Strong communication and presentation skills
□ Ability to develop PR strategy based on the understanding of overall Brand Strategy
□ Demonstrated above average ability to think critically, analytically, strategically, and independently
□ Demonstrated proficiency in working cross－functionally
□ Fluent in Japanese and Business level in English （if not, commitment to attain it in 1 year）
