－ Analyze data and data files to understand what information is required and not be constrained by
current environments and be able to recommend alternative solutions.
－ Provides leadership and accountability in the development, implementation and integration of multiple
complex deliverables that have broad implications for the IT and business organizations, ideally with
an Agile approach.
－ Working closely with global function line and understand global initiatives and work with global function
line to implement those initiatives.
－ Maintain transparency to global function line and get appropriate supports.
People Management and Leadership
－ Bring in client satisfaction mindset as well as develop culture to support effective job coaching,
capacity management and career development in the team.
－ Understands and represents the values of the global technology team.
IT Operations/Financial/Facility Vendor Management
－ Provides operation support for a wide variety of information systems, monitor and analyze system
performances; identify and resolve system problems.
－ Maintain/implement the disaster recovery plan.
－ Develops budgets, manages costs and resources. Makes strategic recommendations and decisions
regarding investment in capital and labor, and track expense for budget.
－ Supervise procurement, admin and setup for technology.
－ Makes buy vs. build decisions relative to outsourcing vs. in－house provisioning of IT services.
Negotiates complex contracts, new vendor contracts, or those with significant financial implications to
the business. Establishes strategic relationships with key IT suppliers, consultants, and partners.
IT System Risk and Security Management
－ Maintain an information security architecture in compliance with Prudential’s principles regarding
information security and ensure that regulatory audit requirements are accounted for and implemented
for all business systems processes.
－ Provide guidance, information, and staff awareness on information security risks, directives, tools, and
technologies to the business unit.
－ Supports and promotes security processes and standards. With corporate security, develops Security
－ Identifies and resolves root causes of security related issues.
【必須（MUST）】－ Minimum of 10 years of technology experience and three years of management experience.
－ Experience in vendor management. （data center, applications development, other service provider）
－ Good experience and knowledge in financial industry.
－ Ability to identify/source strategic systems solutions in support of business objectives.
－ Ability to develop and implement and manage strategic and tactical systems plans.
－ Comprehensive understanding and hands－on experience in the management of application development and infrastructure projects.
－ Commitment to project delivery excellence and quality.
－ Proven ability to create and implement a sourcing strategy.
－ Significant understanding of systems risk issues, particularly information security.
－ Evidence of IT management and leadership with capability the IT organization around a new technology vision and plan.
－ Familiarity with a range of vendor technology packages and solutions such as Aladdin and NRI able to select and integrate the most appropriate technologies to support the businesses.
－ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and align the local and global technology strategies.
－ Data driven approach to decision making.
－ Strong command of English, both verbally and written.
