－ Develop roadmap of benefits launches, benefit－related promotions, and new programs in Japan among key customer segments, in partnership with global product teams.
－ Define, along with other leaders, the target positioning in Japan.
－ Understand performance with key segments, including adoption, perception, awareness and satisfaction, and develop approaches to improving in key priority areas.
－ Develop and execute cross－benefit programs that increase the value, appeal and/or awareness of service among key segments and promote benefit usage and membership growth.
－ Improve our ability to measure the quality, performance and contribution of benefits.
－ Partner with Benefit teams （Video, Music, etc） to develop enhancements to benefits and programs that help promote adoption, awareness and utilization of benefits.

－ 10＋ years of experience in digital products, programs or related field.
－ Demonstrated ability to set and achieve long－term objectives.
－ Ability to think strategically and holistically while being able to dive deep to make data－based decisions.
－ Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize and drive work to completion .
－ Ability to influence and earn trust at various levels of leadership across marketing, product and tech orgs and across benefit teams.
－ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to lead and interact with Senior Management on a regular basis.
－ Japanese language skills OR comfort operating in a non－native language environment.
－ Experience with best practices and performance management of large－scale customer－facing programs.
－ Experience with evaluation and execution of investment proposals.
