| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 1、8＋ years of experience on HBM/DRAM circuit design or others high band width field, mastering process and also HBM verification experience is the best.2、Course work in CMOS Circuit Design and Device Physics 3、Excellent problem－solving and analytical skills 4、A self－motivated, enthusiastic team player who enjoys working with others 5、Good communication and documentation skills 6、Drive innovation into the future Memory generation with a dynamic work environment3. Experience in stress－strain measurement or heat transfer experiments； 7. Experienc in advanced packaging technology development is preferred. |
