－ Develop product requirements starting with the customer and working backwards. Communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing to all types of audiences.
－ Develop programmatic processes and solutions to effectively onboard new marketers to newly launched features/products.
－ Work effectively with Sr. Product Managers of Engagement, Marketing team, global counterparts and development teams to scope and launch new features/products successfully.
－ Set a clear success criteria, defining mechanisms to evaluate the performance of products and identifying insights to influence the product strategy.
－ Successfully partner with technical and non－technical customers, stakeholders, compliance, and engineering teams to foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues （build consensus）.
－ Share best practices with WW counterparts contributing to a broader global strategy of partnerships.
